I need some advice. How do YOU grate ginger? I use a rasp-thing that works beautifully for Parmesan, but all it seems to do is mush the ginger.

Can’t believe the weather we are having! A great walk this evening in and around the neighbourhood. A ginger cat came out and greeted us this evening. This is the second night in a row. He enjoys scritches and rolls on his back for a tummy rub. It gives Michael and I both a cat-fix. We adore the creatures.

Michael is going crazy over some goat cheese I bought today. Need to go and see what the fuss is all about.
