It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a party with cops and security. We had a riot tonight at  Rocktoberfest 2009.

We went dragging our feet, thinking the evening would be long and drawn out, but truth be told, after a few beers and a few Schnapps, the mood was set and we enjoyed an evening of polka and tolerated chicken and baby elephant dances.

The evening was surreal as well, being October 31, there were plenty of interesting and original costume ideas. You will see a few here.

Michael and I are just a few degrees on this side of “old” so left before Honeymoon Suite began to play. Unfortunate, but really, the 80’s are better left in the past.
