Where’s Walsh?

Dear Fans of Walsh Cooks:

I have a serious health issue to deal with at the moment. Because of this, I’ve been eating clean and pristine in order to get myself in shape for what’s about to happen to me. My dining has been B-O-R-I-N-G and so far have not been inspired to write about green salads, whole grains, and chicken breasts.

It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you are interested, I am blogging about it at Let’s Talk About My Iris.

I have appreciated all your feedback and comments, and I hope to be back soon.

Hugs and love,

Cathy

PS: Not to worry, clean and pristine doesn’t mean I’ve given beer and wine. I’m not THAT sick.

  1. Does "clean and pristine" include olive oil and balsamic vinegar? Cuz I'm pretty sure I could eat HAY if allowed O'n'V with it…

I'm now at the point where I smack my lips over the cranberries and or raisins and walnuts in my salads. Never was much for salads before … Biggest diet change was to 0% fat Activia yogurt which is the only was to get down a handful of pills, and hey, good for the bones too, right? You should start a diet tipster blog for sickies and how to get through this sane. Well, fairly sane, you never did act perfectly sane. Love ya, Karen

  5. Love your new look. Big hugs out to you…. and I hope you find yourself well really soon!XOValerieStill in Europe on vacation and saw your message on FB
