I don’t like to carry on about my ailments, but since you asked, I am suffering from a painful pinched nerve in my right arm. It’s some of the worst pain I’ve experienced, and if you had a pinched nerve, I can guarantee mine hurts more! At least, that’s what I keep telling Michael. He suffered from a pinched nerve a year or so ago, but he never complained. He never complained, I say, because it didn’t hurt. He assured me it did. LOL. Okay, so we express our pain a bit differently.

So, dear reader, today’s walk was nothing more than a 16 block walk from Canada Place to the physiotherapy place and then to the bus stop. No walking tonight. After being in traction and pulled and manipulated, a sleepless night, and feeling sorry for myself, tonight I am destined for the couch and no more.
