Here we are in gorgeous BC. My favourite place to walk in the world! We went through the Butchart Gardens, met a lovely and interesting threesome at the new carousel and had a big chin wag while we watched the squirrels and crows drop walnuts on the ground to crack them open.

After dinner we went for a walk through the Sidney marina and had a few fantasies of owning a big boat of our own.

Michael and I don’t have the same energy as we used to 20 years ago when we visited here. We are taking it much slower than before, and are pacing ourselves out over the next seven days.
