A very long haul in the walking world today. Departed Canada Place, west along Jasper, south on 107th Street, through the Legislative grounds, across the High Level bridge, and West into the Sugar Bowl. September 24, and we’re still sitting on the patio! Three beers later and after a ton of conversation, it was back across the High Level bridge and on to the South lawn at the Legislative grounds to watch the last game of the year at the Royal Lawn Bowling Club. It was well attended. The people there are so great, I wonder why I didn’t bowl this year at all?! Another great day.

PS: I was positive giddy today. The pain in the arm and shoulder is finally started to abate!
