After a dinner of butter chicken and naan, you’d think I’d want to climb a few hills, cross a few rivers, and run with a pack on my back to wear off the calories. Instead, I fell asleep on the chair. Michael, my motivator, got me at least to do the 12 block walk in the neighbourhood.
Curious observation, when we walk in the day-light, we don’t see people. Walking after the sun-sets, the streets come alive with walkers.
