Nothing expresses love more than cooking something for dinner that is smothered (dramatic pause) (I am joking people). Tonight, I am making my man pork chops that happen to be smothered with a nice rich mushroom sauce, rice, and some veg. I am not taking a picture of said supper, because mushroom cream sauces don’t photograph nicely. It would look like grey sludge or worse.
